Post Op Day Thirteen

Dad’s off. He’s headed south for home. Everything checked out fine with his nurse this morning. She took all of his staples out, however he denied my request to remove a few, and gave him some traveling tips.

Although I am happy to have my room and bed back I really am going to miss hanging out with him a couple of times a day and taking walks with him. It’s never a bad thing to have your daddy around!!! And even though the circumstance were not best I had some good quality time with his wife too.
